Comments: Had actually ordered a later edition of the book with an additional chapter. Received the first edition, which doesn't contain this chapter. Seller apparently listed the wrong edition on the wrong site. Nonetheless, the (not-quite-right) book did arrive very quickly and in better condition than advertised. So, aside from this, I'm not going to complain.
